分光光度法测定微量铬(Ⅲ)目前尚缺少灵敏度高、选择性好的方法。提出偶氮胂类试剂在加热的条件下可与铬(Ⅲ)发生显色反应。但灵敏度较低。新显色剂对甲酰基偶氮胂在pH2~3的弱酸性介质中,在加热的条件下可与铬形成一红紫色络合物,摩尔吸光系数为5.5×10~4,是目前测定微量铬(Ⅲ)最灵敏的显色剂之一。若与萃取光度法配合,可测定0.1微克/10毫升的铬(Ⅲ),方法稳定,重现性也好。
Spectrophotometric determination of trace chromium (Ⅲ) is still a lack of high sensitivity, good selectivity. It is proposed that arsenazo reagent can react with chromium (Ⅲ) under heating condition. But the sensitivity is low. The new chromogenic reagent p-formyl arsenazo can form a magenta complex with chromium in a weakly acidic medium of pH 2 ~ 3 with a molar extinction coefficient of 5.5 × 10 ~ 4 under the condition of heating, Chromium (Ⅲ) one of the most sensitive developer. If combined with extraction spectrophotometry, determination of 0.1 micrograms / 10 ml of chromium (Ⅲ), the method is stable, reproducible Ye Hao.
