1病例报告患者男,18岁。入伍接受大运动量训练10天后出现胸闷、心悸、头晕,休息后缓解,无其他不适。常规复检查体:体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压均正常;体型偏瘦,胸廓扁平,右侧胸部第3肋间有一长约4cm手术瘢痕(自述为4年前行浅表良性肿物切除术遗留)。心脏听诊于胸骨左缘第2肋间可闻及Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,心电图检查正常。自诉入伍前有上述症状1年余,轻度运动
1 case report Patient male, 18 years old. Enrollment to accept a large amount of exercise training 10 days after chest tightness, palpitations, dizziness, rest after remission, no other discomfort. Routine re-examination: body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure were normal; body lean, flat thorax, the right chest on the 3rd intercostal space with a length of about 4cm surgical scars (readme 4 years ago superficial resection of benign tumor left ). Auscultation of the heart on the left margin of the sternal second intercostal can be heard and Ⅱ systolic murmur, normal ECG. Self-prosecution before the above symptoms more than 1 year, mild exercise
