一、概述蒸汽和煤气是中型氮肥厂的两大基本原料,解决它们的生产和供给问题,降低生产过程中的消耗,实现能量的综合利用,提高经济效益,是中型氮肥厂技术改造的重要课题之一。为此,化肥司中氮处决定成立沸腾锅炉调查组,专门对蒸发量35T/h、汽压39kg/cm~2、汽温450℃的中参数沸腾炉的制造和运行情况进行调查,以便为回收造气炉渣的剩余可燃物收集资料,提供借鉴。调查组由武汉化工工程公司、贵州化肥厂和平顶山化肥厂组成,于三月下旬和四月中旬在四川和江西进行了调查。调查对象为
