目的观察脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔脂质过氧化的影响。方法将普通级雄性新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料,余兔按高脂饲料1号配方饲养6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料2号配方。同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水灌胃,连续11周后检测SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、ox-LDL。结果模型组与空白组比较,ox-LDL明显升高,SOD明显降低;GSH-Px有降低的趋势,MDA有升高的趋势,但均无统计学意义。脂汰清治疗组与模型组比较,MDA、ox-LDL显著降低;SOD显著升高;GSH-Px呈上升趋势,但无统计学意义。结论脂汰清颗粒有抑制ox-LDL-C的形成、降低MDA的含量、增强SOD和GSH-Px活力的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhiqiqing Granules on lipid peroxidation in experimental hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods Ten normal male New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected as blank control group and fed normal diet. The remaining rabbits were fed with high-fat diet formula No. 1 for 6 weeks to make hyperlipidemia model. Then they were randomly divided into model group and disintegration model. Clear treatment group, simvastatin control group, and hawthorn fine lipid-lowering control group. From the 7th week, the normal group was fed the full-price nutritional feed, and the remaining group was fed the high-fat feed 2 formula. At the same time, Zhidiqing group and two control groups were given corresponding dissolved drugs, blank group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline, and SOD, MDA, GSH-Px, and ox-LDL were detected after 11 consecutive weeks. Results Compared with the control group, the ox-LDL was significantly increased, SOD was significantly decreased, GSH-Px was decreased, and MDA was increased. However, there was no statistically significant difference. Compared with the model group, the lipid-depleted treatment group significantly decreased MDA and ox-LDL; SOD increased significantly; GSH-Px showed an upward trend, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Zhijiqing Granules can inhibit the formation of ox-LDL-C, reduce the content of MDA, and increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px.
