目的:以芘为荧光探针研究Tween 80/Solutol HS15混合胶束体系的临界胶束浓度以及影响临界胶束浓度的因素.方法:通过对Tween 80/Solutol HS15体系稳态荧光光谱研究,绘制出I1/I3-C曲线,得出CMC值;通过不同质量比Tween 80/Solutol HS15体系的CMC值研究,以及NaCl、乙醇、温度等因素对该体系CMC值的影响研究,优化Tween 80/Solutol HS15体系的质量比并考察其影响因素.结果:Solutol HS 15的CMC值较Tween 80的低;Tween 80与Solutol HS15质量比为1∶2时,CMC值最小,为3.1311×10-6g/mL;Solutol HS15疏水内核的极性最低,Tween 80最高,Tween 80/Solutol HS15质量比为1∶2时的疏水内核的极性介于两者之间;NaCl、乙醇浓度的增大及温度的升高均会导致CMC值增大,但胶束形成前NaCl浓度增加和温度升高会降低芘增溶位点极性.结论:Tween 80/Solutol HS15体系质量比为1∶2时具有协同增溶作用,NaCl、乙醇及温度对该体系CMC值均有显著影响.
OBJECTIVE: To study the critical micelle concentration and the factors influencing the critical micelle concentration of Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 mixed micellar system using pyrene as fluorescent probe.Methods: The steady-state fluorescence spectra of Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 system CMC value of Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 system, as well as the effect of NaCl, ethanol, temperature and other factors on the CMC value of Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 system were optimized by using Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 System ratio and the influencing factors.Results: The CMC value of Solutol HS 15 was lower than that of Tween 80. When the mass ratio of Tween 80 to Solutol HS15 was 1: 2, the CMC value was the lowest (3.1311 × 10-6 g / mL) Solutol HS15 hydrophobic core has the lowest polarity, the highest Tween 80, the hydrophobic core with Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 mass ratio of 1: 2, the polarity is between them; NaCl, ethanol concentration and temperature increase CMC value increased, but the increase of temperature and the concentration of NaCl before the formation of micelles decreased the polarity of pyrene-solubilizing site.CONCLUSIONS: The synergistic solubilization of Tween 80 / Solutol HS15 with the mass ratio of 1: 2 , NaCl, ethanol and temperature had significant effects on the CMC value of the system.
