AX-320直流弧焊发电机不具备电流自动衰减功能,常出现手工氩弧焊的弧坑缩孔问题。为消除这一问题,对AX-320直流弧焊发电机做了简单的改装,使该类焊机有了电流衰减功能。 AX-320弧焊发电机是三电刷裂极式发电机。它有四个磁极和两个辅助磁极,激磁线圈有两个,其中一个为不可调绕组,分布在一对交极(N_2S_2)和一对主极(N_1S_1)上。另一个是可调绕组,分布在一对交极(N_2S_2)上。

To eliminate this problem, the AX-320 DC arc welding generator made a simple modification, so that this type of welding has a current attenuation. AX-320 arc welding generator is a three-brush split-pole generator. It has four magnetic poles and two auxiliary magnetic poles. There are two excitation coils, one of them is a non-adjustable winding and is distributed on a pair of alternating poles (N_2S_2) and a pair of main poles (N_1S_1). The other is an adjustable winding distributed over a pair of crossover poles (N_2S_2).
