互联网经济下,人们不再满足于旅游团模式化的旅游安排,而是更倾向于个性化的亲身体验,互联网信息获取的便捷性也在一定程度上冲击了旅游服务的信息优势。学习能力、创新能力和精细化管理是互联网经济下旅游管理人才的必备能力。为此,高校旅游管理人才的培养应做到如下几个方面:将学习创新能力培养贯穿于整个学校学习阶段;开设互联网经济课程;以专业为依托,提升学生精细化管理素质;课堂教学中加强对学生团队协作方面的训练。
Under the Internet economy, people are no longer satisfied with the tourism arrangements modeled by the tour groups. Instead, they are more inclined to personal experience.
