评价一个学生有很多方式,通过考试来评价学生是比较常见的方式,但是以考试来评价一个学生比较片面而且有很多弊端,考试的评价方式偏向于一次性的终结性的评价。正是由于这些弊端,所以提出了发展性评价这一方式,发展性评价侧重的是多次性的综合性的评价,发展性评价方式是考试评价方式的补充。发展性评价是运用多种科学的评价方式,发现学生在学习过程中存在的问题,激励学生不断的改正自己完善自己,综合性的发展学生。在课堂教学中运用发展性评价不仅能够促进教师良好的开展工作,而且能够发挥学生的强项改进弱项,教师可以进行有针对性的课堂教学,从而促进学生得到全面的发展。
