全国“小公民”道德建设歌曲评审汇报会暨新闻发布会在北京举行《人民日报》、《中国教育报》公布了文化部、教育部等七部门推出的中小学生道德歌《我要做合格小公民》后,辽宁省民族管弦乐学会的民族乐器演奏家、教授魏显忠把它改编成笛子二重奏、刘刚改编成琵琶曲、赵夺良改编成洋琴曲、田茂斌改编成柳琴曲、胡春波等改编成锁呐曲,他们以弘扬我国民族音乐文化、培育少年儿童的民族意识,把中小学生道德歌《我要做合格小公民》歌曲改编成各种民乐曲,并为校园主题活动改编成铜管乐曲,为中小学生提供了精神食粮。
