文章对私营企业劳资关系冲突的内在机理作了分析,分析表明,在市场经济环境下,由于私营企业劳资利益的内在对立性、私营企业劳资力量对比的倾斜性、私营企业产权结构的资本一元导向性以及技术因素的作用,私营企业劳资关系的冲突有其内在必然性,是市场经济条件下私营企业劳资关系较常态的现象。因此,在市场经济条件下,协调私营企业劳资关系的对策必须符合市场经济逻辑。
The article analyzes the inherent mechanism of conflict between labor and capital in private enterprises. The analysis shows that in a market economy environment, due to the inherent antagonism of labor-capital interests of private-owned enterprises, the tilt of labor-power balance in private-owned enterprises and the capital-based orientation of private-owned property rights structure Sexual and technical factors, the conflict between the labor and capital relations in the private-owned enterprises has its inherent inevitability and is a phenomenon that is more common in the labor-capital relations of the private-owned enterprises in the market economy. Therefore, under market economy conditions, the countermeasures to coordinate the labor-capital relations in private enterprises must conform to the logic of the market economy.
