现代信息社会的飞速发展,家长老师在课业学习上的殷切期望和严格要求,青少年自身来自学习、交际、成长发育等各方面的压力……使广大中小学生身陷“苦海”,使本应生动活泼、多姿多彩的青少年生活变得黯然失色、单调枯燥,甚至有些青少年变得烦躁、叛逆。的确,社会、学校、家庭给我们的期望太高太多——练琴、进奥赛班……几代人的重望全压在不成熟的稚嫩的心灵上,而且越来越重。许多学生为完成重托,累得焦头烂额。所以,就我们青少年自身来说,应该学会适时给自己一份奖励,学会自我释放压力,以平常心态对待学习和生活中的坎坷、曲折甚至风浪。
