In recent years, under the situation of popularization of higher education in our country, it is not easy for college graduates to find a place on the job market. In the face of the particularly severe employment situation aggravated by the financial crisis, the college graduates who have been employed for two years are even more fortunate. However, as a high-knowledge group, their employment and development in Shanghai not only have great influence on the graduates themselves, but also have an important influence on the economic development and social harmony and stability in Shanghai. This is the time of the post-financial crisis and the time of the World Expo Shanghai must consider the issue. Based on the empirical research, this paper investigates the working and living conditions of college graduates who have graduated in Shanghai in the recent two to three years. They think that the present college graduates are under the dual pressures of existence and development, and the relevant departments should provide the necessary policy support.
