目的:以夏枯草植株为材料,研究不同水分处理(95%~100%,80%~85%,65%~70%,50%~55%,35%~40%)对其营养期生长与生理的影响。方法:采用每天定时定量称重法处理夏枯草植株,测定相关指标,结合统计方法进行分析比较。结果:随水分胁迫处理时间的延长,植株以SY2,SY3增长最快,生长最好,保护酶与调节物质呈现出先上升后下降趋势;相同处理时间下,随水分胁迫梯度不同,保护酶与渗透调节物质基本呈先上升后下降趋势,并以SY2,SY3含量最低。结论:夏枯草保护酶与渗透调节物质是一个整体,共同对植株作用;营养期夏枯草生长所需水分以65%~80%为佳。超过此范围不利于夏枯草生长。
