南汇县地处长江三角洲东端,河网密布,其中有市级河道2条,县级河道30条。1988年以来,我们依法加强了对本县河道的管理,及时处理了水事案件,维护了水事秩序,增强了全县广大干群的水法规观念,使河道的功能得到了进一步发挥。一、要搞好河道管理,必须认真学习,宣传《水法》实践告诉我们,依法管理河道,必须首先使广大干部、群众了解、熟悉《水法》及《河道管理条例》的有关内容,提高干部,群众的法制观念。几年来,我们组织本系统管理干部和执法人员反复认真学习《水法》和《河道管理条例》,在全县范围内举办宣传 Nanhui County is located in the eastern end of the Yangtze River Delta, the river network, including two municipal-level rivers, 30 county-level rivers.
