松江区泗泾二小前身是泗联小学,一所普通的农村小学,2011年,学校整体搬迁至泗泾新凯家园大型社区,成为上海市首家大型社区配套学校。2012年1月,学校被推荐为“上海市新优质学校”项目推进学校。随着学校规模的不断扩大,引进了大量的外省市青年教师,管理经验不足,急需培训提升,新优质学校的高标准、严要求与师资队伍年轻化之间成了急需解决的问题。 Songjiang Sijing two small predecessor of Si Lian primary school, an ordinary rural primary schools, in 2011, the school moved to the overall Sijing Jing Kai large community homes, becoming the first large-scale community supporting schools in Shanghai. In January 2012, the school was recommended as “Shanghai New Quality School” project promotion school. With the continuous expansion of the school scale, a large number of young teachers from other provinces and cities have been introduced. There is an urgent need to address the issue of lack of management experience, the urgent need of training and promotion, the high standards and strict requirements of new quality schools and the rejuvenation of the teaching faculty.
