为明确精河县绿化树种银新杨的灌水量,进一步合理指导灌溉,试验设置4个不同水分处理,对银新杨生理指标进行测定。结果表明,在360 m3/(666.7m2·a)和480 m3/(666.7m2·a)水分处理下,银新杨叶绿素总含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量均处于正常灌溉水平,可以满足银新杨的正常生长,灌水量低于360 m3/(666.7m2·a),不能满足银新杨的正常生长,所以360 m3/(666.7m2·a)灌水量是最合理的。
In order to clarify the irrigation amount of Yinxiangyin, a green tree species in Jinghe County, and further rationally guide the irrigation, four different water treatments were set up to determine the physiological indexes of Yinxiangyin. The results showed that under the conditions of 360 m3 / (666.7 m2 · a) and 480 m3 / (666.7 m2 · a), the total chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and proline content were all under normal irrigation Level, which can meet the normal growth of Populus davidiana. The irrigation volume is less than 360 m3 / (666.7 m2 · a), which can not meet the normal growth of Populus davidiana. Therefore, the irrigation volume of 360 m3 / (666.7 m2 · a) is the most reasonable .
