某矿正在回采的12221工作面运输巷出现大变形,顶底板变形尤为明显,严重影响了进风、运料等工序。基于巷道围岩大变形影响因素分析可以得出:坚硬的中砂岩周期来压遗留的弧形结构回转对下侧巷道挤压,是造成围岩大变形的主要因素;现场实施了深孔爆破强制放顶,进一步围岩变形测点监测结果对比表明:爆破后顶底板变形量减小了58.63%、两帮变形量减小了35.86%。
A mining mine is mining 12221 face lane big deformation, top and bottom deformation is particularly evident, seriously affecting the wind, transport materials and other processes. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of large deformation of surrounding rock, it can be concluded that the rigid medium sandstone cycle to press the residual arc structure to rotate and press the lower side roadway is the main factor causing the large deformation of surrounding rock. The comparison between the roof monitoring results and the monitoring results of the surrounding rock deformation measuring points shows that the deformation of top and bottom floor after blasting is reduced by 58.63% and the deformation of two bows reduced by 35.86%.
