护巷煤柱尺寸与支护参数存在着密切联系,基于统一强度理论,建立支护应力与护巷煤柱尺寸计算模型,模型表明支护应力越大,护巷煤柱尺寸越小。通过数值模拟,分析出不同锚带网支护参数下,支护应力在巷帮竖向、横向的分布规律,并优选出最佳锚带网支护参数。据此计算出某矿7212工作面风巷护巷煤柱为7 m。实践表明,巷帮能得到有效控制,巷道整体稳定。
According to the unified strength theory, the model of supporting stress and coal pillar size of retaining roadway is established. The model shows that the larger the supporting stress is, the smaller the pillar size of retaining roadway is. Through the numerical simulation, the distribution rules of the supporting stress in the vertical and horizontal directions of the roadway under different supporting parameters of bolting-net are analyzed, and the parameters of the optimal supporting of the bolting-net are optimized. Based on this calculation, 7212 coal face of mine roadway is 7 m. Practice shows that the alley can be effectively controlled, the overall stability of the roadway.
