近年来,上海旅游事业得到了很大发展,其中一个重要原因是我们坚持了以法促教,以法治教的原则,在开展教育培训的过程中,制定相应的政策法规,按政策法规统一各级领导的认识,把岗位职务培训工作积极地开展起来,务求实效,一抓到底。一、统一认识,以法治教,从实际出发制订开展岗位职务培训的政策和法规。开展旅游企业干部员工岗位培训工作的过程,既是领导重视,以法促教,强化软件建设的过程;也是加强行业管理,宏观调控,以去冶教的过程。
