对于古代印度佛教艺术的视觉叙事的研究,目前研究极少。本文以保持至今最早的佛教艺术巴尔胡特佛塔和桑奇大塔雕刻为核心进行考察。这些佛教艺术浮雕基本保持了其原初存在的历史文化语境与空间位置,而并非陈设于博物馆之中,脱离了其原初情境,因此极为珍贵。本文根据这些早期佛教浮雕中叙述故事的不同图像叙事方式,对于佛教早期艺术的图像叙事诸模式,特别是其中单幅空间叙事这一类型中的视觉叙事模式,进行了三种亚型划分与叙事特征分析。
There is very little research on the visual narrative of ancient Indian Buddhist art. This article inspects the remains of the earliest Buddhist art Balhute Pagoda and Sanchi Tower sculpture as the core. These Buddhist art relief basically maintained its original historical and cultural context and spatial location, rather than furnishings in the museum, out of its original situation, it is extremely valuable. Based on the narrative modes of narrative in these early Buddhist reliefs, this paper conducts three subtypes and narratives for the pattern of image narration in the early Buddhist art, especially the visual narrative model in the single space narrative type Characteristics.
