研究了单种和两种混合批量培养条件下 ,Fe EDTA(Fe3+)、Mn(Mn2 +)浓度对甲藻塔玛亚历山大藻 (Alexandriumtamarense)生长及细胞大小的影响 ,同时考察了与其混合培养中的中肋骨条藻 (Skeletonemacostatum)和圆筛藻 (Coscinodis cussp .)的生长特性 .结果表明 :在本实验的浓度范围内 (Fe EDTA ,0— 3 1 5μg/L ;Mn2 +,0— 0 1 8μg/L) ,铁、锰浓度的升高对单独培养条件下的 3种藻类的生长均有不同程度的促进作用 ,揭示了微量元素铁、锰是触发赤潮发生的重要因子之一 ;在混合培养条件下 (甲藻 硅藻 ) ,细胞较小的中肋骨条藻和圆筛藻在竞争中处于优势地位 ,塔玛亚历山大藻在一定时间的混合培养后衰败 .不同铁、锰浓度及不同培养条件对塔玛亚历山大藻细胞大小有显著影响 .
The effects of Fe EDTA (Fe3 +) and Mn (Mn2 +) concentration on the growth and cell size of Alexandrium tamarense were studied under single and two mixed batch culture conditions. Meanwhile, The growth characteristics of Skeletonemacostatum and Coscinodis cussp. The results showed that within the range of the experimental concentration (Fe EDTA, 0-315μg / L; Mn2 +, 0-018μg / L), the increase of iron and manganese concentration promoted the growth of three kinds of algae under single culture conditions, and revealed that trace elements iron and manganese are one of the important factors that trigger the occurrence of red tide. In the mixed culture (Dinoflagellate dinoflagellate), Skeletonema costatum and round-sieve algae were dominant in the competition, and Alexandrium tamarense declined after being mixed for a certain period of time.Different iron and manganese concentrations and different culture conditions Alexandrium tamarense cell size has a significant impact.
