目的 研究Balb/c小鼠病毒性心肌炎心肌组织溶酶体组织蛋白酶B的表达。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术和RT-PCR技术检测Balb/c小鼠感染和未感染CVB3m(Nancy株)病毒后心肌组织中d3、d7、d15、d30溶酶体组织蛋白酶B表达。结果 小鼠感染CVB3m病毒后心肌组织中组织蛋白酶B均较正常增高且以d3表达最高,d7次之,d15、d30依次降低。d3、d7、d15与正常比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。心肌组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达增高与心肌损伤程度基本一致。结论 溶酶体组织蛋白酶B在Balb/c小鼠CVB3病毒性心肌炎发病机制中起一定作用。
Objective To study the expression of lysosomal cathepsin B in myocardium of Balb / c mice with viral myocarditis. Methods The expression of lysosome cathepsin B in d3, d7, d15 and d30 myocardium in Balb / c mice infected with or without CVB3m (Nancy strain) virus was detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results In mice infected with CVB3m virus, the expression of cathepsin B in myocardium was higher than normal and d3 was the highest, d7 followed by d15 and d30, respectively. d3, d7, d15 and the normal difference was significant (P <0.05). Myocardial tissue cathepsin B expression increased with the degree of myocardial injury is basically the same. Conclusion Lysosomal cathepsin B plays a role in the pathogenesis of CVB3 viral myocarditis in Balb / c mice.
