磁共振波谱分析(MagneticResonanceSpectroscopy,MRS)是目前唯一无损伤性检测活体器官和组织代谢、生化及化合物定量分析的技术,在形态成像的基础上,通过代谢成像提供被检测组织代谢物的化学信息。临床上以1HMRS在脑部疾病中的应用研究最为广泛,技术也较为成熟。主要通过测定作为神经元内标物的N乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱(Cho),糖酵解终产物的乳酸(Lac)、肌酸(Cr)和谷氨酰胺(Glx)等的相对值,并计算NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho、Cho/Cr及Lac/Cr之间的比值,可以用来对脑胶质瘤进行分级、鉴别脑肿瘤的良恶性、手术疗效评价、监测肿瘤复发以及预后的判断。
