目的测查ADHD儿童的解码能力和语音短时记忆及工作记忆能力,探讨语音记忆与解码的关系。方法使用《小学生标准识字量测查》测查64名儿童(32名ADHD儿童,32名正常儿童)的识字水平,使用韦氏记忆测验测查被试的语音记忆广度。结果与正常儿童相比,ADHD儿童的识字水平明显落后,ADHD儿童在正背数字任务上成绩正常,但是在倒背数字任务上成绩落后。倒背数字任务成绩与解码成绩相关有统计学意义。结论ADHD儿童解码能力明显落后,可能与其缺损的语言工作记忆有关。
Objective To investigate the ability of decoding and short-term memory and working memory of children with ADHD, and explore the relationship between speech memory and decoding. Methods The literacy level of 64 children (32 ADHD children and 32 normal children) was measured using the “Standard Test of Primary School Students Literacy” and the Weymouth Memory Test was used to measure the breadth of subjects’ speech memory. Results Compared with normal children, literacy levels of children with ADHD lagged far behind. Children with ADHD had normal scores on back-to-back digital tasks but lagged behind on back-to-back digital tasks. Back to back digital task scores and decoding results related to statistics. Conclusion The decoding ability of children with ADHD lags behind obviously, which may be related to the missing working memory language.
