随着国家大中专招生和就业制度的改革,一方面让更多的学生得到更高层次的教育,推动了国民文化素质的提升,促进了全社会在人才使用流动上的自主性。另一方面人们也看到毕业生就业难已经成为我国现实下的社会问题。改革办学类型社会适应性强的职业教育成为当今办学的生力军,职业化思想成为了职业学校办学的主导思想,强调学校人才培养的市场化原则。全方位培养学生职业素养,增强毕业生就业竞争力,是职业学校教育工作者奋斗目标。本人作者以中等幼师学校生物课程教学为例,谈一谈如何在中等职业学校学科教学中培养学生的职业素养。
With the reform of college enrollment and employment system in the country, on the one hand, more students are educated at a higher level, promoted the improvement of national cultural quality and promoted the autonomy of the whole society in the flow of talents. On the other hand, people also see that the employment of graduates has become a social problem under the reality of our country. The reform of school-running type of social adaptability of vocational education has become a new force in running schools, professional thinking has become the dominant ideology of running a school in vocational schools, emphasizing the principle of market-oriented school personnel training. It is the goal of vocational school educators to cultivate students’ professional accomplishments and enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates. My author to secondary kindergarten biology teaching, for example, talk about how to cultivate students’ professionalism in secondary vocational school discipline teaching.
