目的建立检测中药降糖制剂中非法掺入的吡格列酮专属性方法。方法采用串联四极杆质谱法。通过相对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息二方面信息,对中药降糖制剂的提取液进行串联四极杆质谱分析。通过与对照品的质谱行为相比较,对中药降糖制剂中非法掺入的合成降糖药进行定性鉴别。结果在34种受试中药降糖制剂中,2种被检测到掺有吡格列酮。结论该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测中药降糖制剂中非法掺入吡格列酮的比较有效方法。
Objective To establish a specific method for detecting pioglitazone illegally incorporated in traditional Chinese medicine hypoglycemic agents. The method uses tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. The tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry analysis was performed on the extracts of traditional Chinese medicine hypoglycemic agents by using two aspects of molecular weight and secondary mass spectral fragmentation information. By comparing with the reference mass spectrometry behavior, qualitative identification was made on the synthetically hypoglycemic agents illegally incorporated into traditional Chinese medicine hypoglycemic agents. Results Of the 34 herbal hypoglycemic agents tested, 2 were detected with pioglitazone. Conclusion The method is highly selective and sensitive, and it can be used as an effective method for the analysis of the illegal incorporation of pioglitazone in traditional Chinese medicine hypoglycemic agents.
