医院在突发公共卫生事件应对中起着极其重要的不可或缺的作用,因此,进一步加强对突发公共卫生事件中医院的应急管理等重大理论和现实问题的研究,是摆在我们面前的一项重大政治任务,也是构建社会主义和谐社会建设的重要方面。本文在分析突发公共卫生事件中医院的工作定位与医疗卫生保障特点的基础上,根据突发公共卫生事件的演变周期,提出医院的应急管理过程及对策。
Hospitals play an extremely important and indispensable role in the response to public health emergencies. Therefore, it is in front of us to further strengthen the study of major theoretical and practical issues such as hospital emergency management in public health emergencies. A major political task is also an important aspect of building a harmonious socialist society. Based on the analysis of the hospital’s work orientation and medical and health protection features in public health emergencies, this paper proposes hospital emergency management process and countermeasures according to the evolution cycle of public health emergencies.
