“教学做合一”是中国教育家陶行知先生的教学理论,这个理论为我们的数学课堂指明了方向。在课堂教学中,教师要始终尊重学生的主体地位,要引导学生积极主动的学习,把课堂还给学生。同时要注意数学课堂教学的实践性,动手动脑中快乐的学习新知识。教师和学生是两个辩证又统一的个体,学生是独立的个体,同时学生又是学习的根本,教师的一切教学必须围绕学生的学进行,但又不是教师的包办,教师应是学生学习的组织者,引导者。
