介绍了动压轴承(轴瓦)失效的4种表面特征及柴油机轴瓦失效的机理,分析了轴瓦自身质量不良对轴瓦失效造成的影响,分析了机油系统出现故障时轴瓦易受到的损伤。分析了柴油机的组装质量对轴瓦失效的影响。分析了内燃机车柴油机违规运用或发生异常时对轴瓦的影响,并提出了相应的预防措施。
The four kinds of surface characteristics of dynamic pressure bearing (bearing bush) failure and the failure mechanism of the diesel engine bearing bush are introduced. The influence of the poor bearing bush itself on the bearing bush failure is analyzed, and the damage to the bearing bush when the oil system fails is analyzed. The effect of the assembly quality of diesel engine on the failure of bearing bush is analyzed. The influence of diesel engine of diesel locomotive on bearing pad when it is used irregularly or abnormally is analyzed and corresponding precautionary measures are put forward.
