用山东工业大学研制的圆感应同步器式运动精度测量仪配以TP801B—Z80单板计算机,完成了传动链运动误差的数据采集和处理工作。从数据采集开始,经十多分钟时间即可直接从数据处理结果找出机床传动链的薄弱环节,作出诊断结论,从而进行修理或调整机器,以提高机器的传动精度。
Using the round induction synchronous motion measuring instrument developed by Shandong University of Technology together with the TP801B-Z80 single-board computer, the data acquisition and processing of the motion error of the transmission chain were completed. From the beginning of the data collection, after more than 10 minutes, we can directly find out the weak link of the transmission chain of the machine tool from the result of data processing and make the diagnosis conclusion so as to repair or adjust the machine so as to improve the transmission accuracy of the machine.
