提高测定的灵敏度及速度是当前稀散元素分析的重要任务。InBr_4~-与罗丹明3B阳离子形成的有色化合物可用苯来萃取。在紫外线照射下,苯层发出螢光,根据苯层的螢光或颜色的强度能定量地测出铟的含量。该法比8-羟基喹啉法大大地提高了测定的灵敏度及速度。用螢光比色时,在5毫升苯中可测出0.2微克以上的铟,准确度还可达到0.1微克。罗丹明3B的阳离子与InBr_4~-所形成的化合物分子式如下:
Increasing the sensitivity and speed of determination is an important task of the current analysis of sparse elements.
