(2)改变运作模式,提高人员素质。我国一些染料企业常常用做买卖代替做企业,以产品运作代替资本运作,对企业缺乏系统的管理和科学的发展规划。目前,大多数染料企业最急需的人才有以下3类:①染整技术人才;②懂技术的营销人才;③企业策划管理人才。
