Since 1997, the revised Criminal Procedure Law has been implemented and the requirements for the police force have been raised. The police should exercise their power of investigation strictly in accordance with the law and continuously raise their awareness of the legal system and their level of law enforcement. One of the manifestations is that the evidence should be enhanced and emphasis should be placed on collecting Evidence, the use of evidence and other links. In order to understand the actual situation of the current police force using evidence and analyze it from the perspective of public security work, in order to find a way out for the current evidence legislation, the author conducted a questionnaire survey among 120 people in the public security system
