本文研究了形变热处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系LC4合金时效动力学的影响。结果表明,形变热处理可以加速合金的时效过程,缩短材料达到强度峰值所需的时间。这是由于形变导致合金中的大量空位及位错的形成,促进了时效析出物的形核及长大。但是,只有在形变前进行预时效,且选择适当的时效和形变工艺参数的前提下,才能发挥形变热处理改善合金性能的作用。
In this paper, the effect of thermomechanical treatment on the aging kinetics of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu based LC4 alloys was studied. The results show that the deformation heat treatment can accelerate the aging process and shorten the time required for the material to reach the peak intensity. This is because deformation leads to the formation of a large number of vacancies and dislocations in the alloy, promoting the nucleation and growth of the aged precipitates. However, the effect of the deformation heat treatment on improving the properties of the alloy can only be exerted if the pre-aging is performed before the deformation and the appropriate aging and deformation process parameters are selected.
