为了改善电子元件的散热,研制了一种新型的电绝缘导热脂。该脂的接触热导值比目前国内同类脂高4~12倍,在相对湿度85%的状态下,绝缘电阻值大于10~(13)Ω-cm。本文介绍了获取数据的实验原理、实验设备以及应用简况。对于铝、铜两种试件,在1.85—85.2kg/cm~2的压力下,分别测试了接触热导值随压力的变化。此外,为了探讨导热脂的换热机理,还给出了该脂的显微拍照,并对此进行了初步的分析。
In order to improve the heat dissipation of electronic components, a new type of electrically insulating thermal grease has been developed. The thermal contact value of the grease is 4 to 12 times higher than that of the same kind of fat in the country at present, and the insulation resistance is more than 10 ~ (13) Ω-cm under the relative humidity of 85%. This article describes the experimental principle of obtaining data, experimental equipment and application profiles. For aluminum and copper specimens, the change of contact heat conductance with pressure was tested under the pressure of 1.85-85.2kg / cm ~ 2. In addition, in order to investigate the heat transfer mechanism of the thermal grease, the micrograph of the fat was also given, and a preliminary analysis was conducted.
