由住房和城乡建设部、财政部等7部门研究确定的首批利用住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设的试点城市名单公布,北京、天津、重庆等28个城市入选。同时,133个经济适用住房、棚户区改造安置用房、公共租赁住房建设项目被确定为申请利用住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设试点项目,贷款额度约493亿元。
The first batch of pilot cities that were funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance and other departments and studied and identified by using housing accumulation fund loans to support affordable housing were announced. 28 cities including Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing were selected. At the same time, 133 affordable housing, shantytowns and rehabilitative housing, public rental housing construction projects have been identified as the application for the use of housing provident fund loans to support affordable housing construction pilot projects, the loan amount of about 49.3 billion yuan.
