江泽民同志在建党七十周年大会讲话中指出:扭转企业经济效益下降的趋势,关键是要增强企业活力,提高企业和社会的经济效益。从我厂多年的实践中我们也深深体会到,企业必须把搞好经营,增强活力,提高经济效益,主要建立在依靠自己努力的基础上。一方面抓技术进步,一方面抓优化管理,并调动一切可能运用的管理手段,把企业蕴藏的巨大潜力挖掘出来。实践中我们特别感到,在企业内广泛开展价值工程活动是一项不花钱或少花钱就能取得明显经济、技术、管理效果的好方法。是一条不断挖掘企业内部潜力的重要途径。
