我厂自一九八五年四月份开始试用聚丙烯换热器。经使用,发现它具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,表面光洁,不易结垢,传热性能稳定,无毒性等。对于热敏性较高的药品,比金属类换热器使用效果更佳。我厂的土霉素结晶工段,根据土霉素在一定的pH值和一定的温度下,选择一定的碱化剂,能从溶液中游离出来的特性。夏天要对溶液进行冷却,冬天需对溶液进行加热。我厂以前用一台不锈钢换热器来完成这一单元操作。由于溶液中有盐酸,不锈钢极易发生应力腐蚀开裂,更主要的还在于土星素分子极易附在不锈钢的表面,造成土霉素成品的色点增加,直接影响土霉素的质量。我们得到浙江化工学院防腐蚀教研室帮助后,采用了聚丙烯换热器,使用一年后,
