目的探讨兔脑局部冷冻对兔血液流变学的影响及蝮蛇抗栓酶对其的保护作用。方法单纯冷冻组、冷冻+生理盐水组、冷冻+蝮蛇抗栓酶组各8例,分别检测脑局部冷冻前后不同时相(T0、T0.5、T2等)动物的血液流变学指标的变化,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果单纯冷冻组、冷冻+生理盐水组脑局部冷冻后血液流变学指标明显改变.两组分别与冷冻前比较:全血粘度、血浆粘度明显升高,血沉、K值、红细胞聚集指数明显升高,差别有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。冷冻+蝮蛇抗栓酶组血液流变学指标,脑局部冷冻前后比较,差别无显著性(P>0.05)。冷冻+蝮蛇抗栓酶组冷冻后不同时相(T0.5、T2)血液流变学指标明显优于单纯冷冻组和冷冻+生理盐水组,组间比较差别有显著性(P<0.05)。单纯冷冻组与冷冻+生理盐水组脑局部冷冻后,血液流变学指标变化,组间比较差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论兔脑局部冷冻能引起血液流变性的改变,其机理可能是:兔脑局部冷冻造成脑组织局部微循环障碍形成的脑水肿,引起生化代谢改变,使血液中的血管活性物质(生物胺、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α等)含量升高所致。蝮蛇抗栓酶对兔脑局部冷冻治疗造成的血液流变学的改变有保护?
Objective To investigate the effect of local freezing of rabbit brain on the hemorheology of rabbits and the protective effect of viper antithrombin. Methods Eight cases of frozen group, frozen + saline group and frozen + viper antithrombotic group were used to detect the hemorheological indexes of animals at different time points (T0, T0.5, T2, etc.) before and after freezing Changes, the test results for statistical analysis. Results In the simple freezing group and frozen + saline group, the local hemorheological indexes of the brain were significantly changed. The two groups were compared with pre-freezing: whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity increased significantly, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, K value, erythrocyte aggregation index increased significantly, the difference was significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Frozen + viper antithrombin group of blood rheology indicators, before and after local brain freezing, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The indexes of hemorheology at different time phases (T0.5, T2) of frozen + viper antithrombol group were significantly better than those of freezing group and freezing + saline group (P <0. 05). The results of hemorheology showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The local freezing of rabbit brain can cause the change of hemorrheology. The mechanism may be that: local freezing of rabbit brain causes cerebral edema caused by local microcirculation disturbance of brain tissue, causing changes of biochemical metabolism, making blood vasoactive substances (biogenic amines, TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α, etc.) content increased.
