鉴于电磁成形过程中线圈在工件上产生的磁场力对工件的最终成形结果有很大的影响,传统的平板螺旋线圈在平板上不能得到一致的磁压力分布,限制了平板的成形.为解决这一问题,采用数值模拟方法,针对平板电磁成形过程中的匀压力线圈,分析平板及匀压力线圈所受到的洛伦兹力大小分布.研究结果表明,在一定的区域内平板上的洛伦兹力分布较为均匀;线圈四周受到使其膨胀的洛伦兹力,但是由于外部通道和线圈中浇注的树脂的作用,导致线圈的失效部位容易发生在与板料靠近表面的中部区域.
In view of the magnetic field force generated by the coil on the workpiece during the electromagnetic forming process has a great impact on the final forming results of the workpiece, the traditional flat-plate spiral coil can not get consistent magnetic pressure distribution on the flat plate, which limits the forming of the flat plate. In this paper, the Lorentz force distribution in flat plate and uniform pressure coil is analyzed by using numerical simulation method for uniform pressure coil in flat electromagnetic forming process.The results show that in a certain area Lorentz plate The force distribution is more uniform; the Lorentz force is applied around the coil to expand it, but due to the effect of the resin poured in the outer channel and the coil, the failed part of the coil easily occurs in the middle area close to the surface of the sheet.
