只要帝国主义经济形态及其经济基础依然存在,汉语中垄断这个词的科学含义就应与之适应,不容随意改变。目前在我国的经济舆论上出现把国企称为垄断企业这种倾向,这主要与一些人照搬西方资产阶级经济学有关;把西方经济学的垄断概念用于国有企业,这是一种概念上的混淆,是要否定作为公有制经济核心的国有经济,否定新中国法律的有关庄严规定;搬用西方经济学的垄断范畴来说明社会主义市场经济形态的国有企业,这是理论上的倒退。
As long as the imperialist economic pattern and its economic foundation still exist, the scientific meaning of the word monopoly in Chinese should be adapted to it and can not be changed at will. At present, there appears the tendency of calling state-owned enterprises monopolies in the economic press in our country, which is mainly related to the fact that some people copy the Western bourgeois economics and the monopoly concept of Western economics is applied to state-owned enterprises. This is a conceptual Confusion is to negate the state-owned economy as the core of a public-owned economy and to negate the relevant solemn provisions of the law of new China. It is a theoretical retrogression to use the monopoly category of Western economics to illustrate the state-owned enterprises in the socialist market economy.
