血管重构既是高血压发生的病理基础也是高血压维持发展的结构基础。高血压结构改变与血管细胞的增殖、迁移有关。骨桥蛋白是细胞外基质中的一种重要的多功能糖蛋白,由多种组织细胞合成和分泌,参与介导细胞黏附,增殖和迁移。近年来发现其在动脉粥样硬化、经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术后再狭窄、高血压等疾病引起的血管重构过程中发挥重要调节作用。本文就骨桥蛋白在高血压血管重构中的作用作一综述。
Vascular remodeling is not only the pathological basis of hypertension but also the structural basis of the maintenance of hypertension. Hypertension structural changes and vascular cell proliferation, migration. Osteopontin is an important multifunctional glycoprotein in the extracellular matrix. It is synthesized and secreted by many kinds of tissue cells and participates in the cell adhesion, proliferation and migration. In recent years, it is found in atherosclerosis, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty restenosis, hypertension and other diseases caused by vascular remodeling play an important regulatory role. This review summarizes the role of osteopontin in vascular remodeling in hypertension.
