目的 研究幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)根除治疗对p5 3蛋白表达的影响 ,探讨Hp与胃癌的关系。 方法 利用免疫组化染色对 2 0 6例胃粘膜活检组织 ,包括正常胃粘膜、Hp阴性胃癌前各阶段病变、Hp阳性胃癌前各阶段病变Hp根除治疗前后及胃癌 ,进行 p5 3蛋白表达的分析。 结果 正常胃粘膜未见 p5 3蛋白表达。Hp阳性胃癌前阶段病变 p5 3蛋白表达阳性率显著高于正常胃粘膜及Hp阴性胃癌前阶段病变 ,其中Hp阳性肠上皮化生 p5 3蛋白表达阳性率显著高于Hp阴性相应病变组 ,低于Hp阳性异型增生组。Hp阳性胃癌前阶段病变Hp根除治疗后 ,其 p5 3蛋白表达阳性率显著降低。结论 Hp根除治疗后 ,胃癌前阶段病变p5 3蛋白表达阳性率明显降低 ;Hp感染可促进突变型 p5 3基因表达增强。
Objective To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication therapy on the expression of p5 3 protein and to explore the relationship between Hp and gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to analyze the expression of p53 protein in 206 cases of gastric mucosal biopsy, including normal gastric mucosa, Hp negative gastric precancerous lesions, Hp positive gastric precancerous lesions before and after Hp eradication and gastric cancer . Results No normal gastric mucosa p5 3 protein expression. The positive rate of p5 3 protein expression in Hp positive gastric precancerous lesions was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa and Hp negative gastric precancerous lesions. The positive rate of p5 3 protein in Hp positive intestinal metaplasia was significantly higher than that in Hp negative corresponding lesions, Hp positive dysplasia group. After Hp eradication therapy, the positive rate of p5 3 protein expression in Hp positive gastric precancerous lesions was significantly decreased. Conclusions After Hp eradication, the positive rate of p53 protein expression in gastric precancerous lesions is significantly reduced. Hp infection can promote the expression of mutant p5 3 gene.
