教学,可谓是一个学校的核心和灵魂,更是一个学校历史任务及其社会价值的重要承担者。教学质量的高低关系着学校的声誉,甚至关系其在系统竞争中的生死存亡。由此,作为教学校长,一个主管教学工作的领导者,则肩负着学校发展的重要历史使命。所以,高效利用学校教师人力资源,建设优秀师资队伍,提高教师业务水平,充分发挥师资效能,从而最大限度地实现学校人才培养目标,正是教学校长工作的关键所在。
Teaching can be described as the core and soul of a school. It is also an important undertaking of a school’s historical mission and its social value. The quality of teaching is related to the reputation of the school, and even its survival in the system competition. As a result, as a teaching principal, a leader in charge of teaching shoulders the important historic mission of developing the school. Therefore, it is the key to teaching principals to make efficient use of the human resources of school teachers, to build excellent faculty, to improve the professional level of teachers and to give full play to the effectiveness of teachers so as to maximize the training objectives of school principals.
