德国铁路以新的设计思想对已经运用 2 3~ 34年的 2 18型液力传动内燃机车进行翻新改造。翻新改造的主要内容有 :换装新的MTU 16V4 0 0 0R4 0型柴油机 ;换装相应的液力传动装置及车轴齿轮箱 ;采用Behr公司新的冷却装置及新的冷却循环系统 ;改用新的柴油机预热和保温循环系统。首台翻新改造后的 2 18型 4 41号机车 ,从 2 0 0 1年末到 2 0 0 2年 7月 ,已进行了多项试验。该机车翻新改造的效果很显著 :翻新改造费用比新造机车降低 5 2 8% ;运营费用降低 30 % ;排放大大减少 ;翻新改造后的机车可再运用 30年
Deutsche Bahn with a new design idea has been used 2 3 to 34 years of 1818 hydraulic transmission diesel locomotive renovation renovation.
