目的:建立HPLC测定补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷的不确定度评价方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷含量,分析影响其不确定度的因素来源,对各个不确定度因素进行评定,并计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果:本次试验补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷含量测定结果为(0.221 2±0.014 0)g·L-1。结论:建立的不确定度评定法适用于HPLC法测定补肾口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的不确定度分析。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Icariin in Bushen oral solution. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the content of icariin in Bushen oral liquid. The sources of the factors influencing the uncertainty were analyzed. The various factors of uncertainty were evaluated and the uncertainty of synthesis was calculated. Finally, the result of measurement was extended Confidence and confidence level. Results: The results of determination of icariin in Bushen oral liquid in this trial were (0.221 2 ± 0.014 0) g · L -1. Conclusion: The established uncertainty assessment method is suitable for the determination of Icariin in Bushen Oral Liquid by HPLC.
