我们班的学生顽皮,不懂事,较多学生成绩不理想,班干部整体素质不高,有些学生个性强,叛逆心强,好面子,不好教育,怎样改变这种局面呢?我根据学生的这些特点,采取了以下措施一、以班规为主导俗话说:“国有国法,家有家规。”那么一个班级也一定要有自己的规章制度,我们现在有《中学生日常行为规范》、《中小学生守则》、学校的校规校纪可以遵守,但这些都是从宏观上对学生进行管理。班规则是从微观上对学生进行教育。那么,如何制订实施“班规班法”呢?

Class rules are to micro-educate students. Then, how do we formulate the “class rules”?
