红萍(Azolla)是属水生蕨类植物,叶腔内含有固氮的鱼腥藻(Anabaena azollae)。它是我国养用历史久、分布广、面积大的水生绿肥和青饲料。一般认为,红萍的营养特性和施肥技术,是当前稻田养萍及今后工厂化生产的主要研究内容之一。近年国内外一些试验表明:P、K、Fe、Mo、B、Cu、Zn等无机元素对红萍生长有不同效果。而渡边岩等人认为,P、Fe则是限制它生长的最主要因子,但至今还未见到增长素对红萍生长效用的报道。本试验试图在自然养殖条件下,较系统地探讨这些无机元素营养以及增长素对红萍生长和固氮活性及萍体含钾量变化的影响,以便为红萍合理施肥以及集约生产提供依据。
Azolla is an aquatic fern that contains nitrogen-fixing Anabaena azollae. It is our country with a long history of use, widely distributed, large aquatic green manure and green feed. It is generally believed that the nutritional properties and fertilization technology of Hongping are one of the main research contents of current paddy cultivation and its future factory production. In recent years, some experiments at home and abroad show that inorganic elements such as P, K, Fe, Mo, B, Cu and Zn have different effects on the growth of Rhizoma. The Watanabe rocks and others believe that, P, Fe is to limit its growth the most important factor, but so far have not seen the growth hormone Azurite growth utility reported. This experiment attempts to systematically investigate the effects of these inorganic elements nutrition and growth factors on the growth and nitrogen fixation activity of Rhodiola rosea and the change of potassium content in Rhizoma Pingguin under the conditions of natural breeding so as to provide the basis for rational fertilization and intensive production of Rhizoma.
