格林—巴利征群(GBS)的若干临床和病理特征与实验性变态反应性神经炎(EAN)相类似。因体液和细胞免疫因素在EAN的发生中起作用,导引我们对GBS研究其周围神经组织抗体。本文报道GBS病人血清中对周围神经组织的血清抗体之研究结果,叙述与周围神经组织结合的IgG带之性质及抗体发生与临床资料相关。作者应用抗球蛋白消耗试验(AGCT),测定30例急性GBS的血清抗周围神经组织的抗体。血清采自下列四组病人:第一组30例急性GBS,第二组22例不同类型的周围神经疾病,第三组10例完全恢复的GBS,第四组2例复发性GBS及2例慢性GBS。以40例健康人作为对照组。
Several of the clinical and pathological features of GBS are similar to experimental allergic neuritis (EAN). Because of humoral and cellular immune factors play a role in the occurrence of EAN, guide us to GBS study of peripheral nerve tissue antibodies. This article reports the serum of GBS patients serum of peripheral nerve tissue of the results of research, describes the nature of the band associated with peripheral nerve tissue and antibody occurrence and clinical data. The authors used anti-globulin depletion test (AGCT) to measure serum anti-peripheral nerve tissue antibodies in 30 patients with acute GBS. Serum was collected from the following four groups of patients: the first group of 30 acute GBS, the second group of 22 different types of peripheral neuropathy, the third group of 10 fully recovered GBS, the fourth group of 2 recurrent GBS and 2 chronic GBS. Forty healthy people were used as the control group.
