大连沿海系温带藻类生活区,但由于近几年沿海兴建一些工厂,其排出的污水及垃圾造成海水污染面已有所增加。我们采得受污染的绿藻石莼(Ulva lactuca)测其希尔反应,发现被Pb++污染后希尔反应受抑制,为此我们以不同浓度的人工污染海水培养藻体,然后采用铅离子选择电极对石莼富集Pb++量进行分析,方法简便快速,收到满意的结果。有关Pb++的分析,有用光度法、原子吸收法。但这些方法均要求较繁杂的材料处理。而用离子选择电极法则可直接用材料匀浆液测定。
